Priority Parenting

February 17 | 5 – 9pm | Room 125

Priority Parenting is a class designed to help understand the effects of divorce and custody division on children. You will receive insight on the mistakes parents may make during this process and how to avoid them. This 4-hour class is facilitated by parents who’ve been through a divorce and understand what you are currently experiencing. It is a combination of video, discussion, and community. Additionally, this class meets all the requirements of the 21st Judicial District Court-Mandated Co-Parenting Course. No childcare will be provided. For more information, email Cindy Harper or call 615-218-6199.

Mondays | 6:30pm

Beginning in 2019, Church of the City – Franklin will transition from Celebrate Recovery to a 12 step discipleship recovery program titled Re:generation. Re:generation is spiritual formation through the vehicle of 12 step recovery. The goal for participants is full devotion to Christ in all areas of life. We believe that discipleship is learning the ways of Jesus, living them out daily in every area of life and encouraging others to do the same. The final mandate Jesus gave to His disciples before returning to heaven was “go into all the world and preach the gospel, making disciples of all men.” Discipleship is the call for every Christ follower and Re:generation roots 12 step recovery in Christ-centered discipleship. If you have questions or want more information, click here to email Care Pastor Benny Square.

Church of the City will continue to offer Celebrate Recovery at our Spring Hill Church. You can find our more information about Celebrate Recovery at COTC – Spring Hill here.
