Jake Smith Jr. is one of the founding pastors of Church of the City in Nashville, TN. He currently serves as the Lead Pastor of Sylvan Park, & the COTC Pastor of Discipleship. Jake’s responsibilities include teaching & leading in Sylvan Park, developing processes that promote holistic, transformational discipleship, & facilitating discipleship environments within that process.
