    Women’s Summer of Stories

    June 1 @ 9:00 am - 11:00 am

This Summer we will begin a new rhythm for women within our church! Join us for a Summer of Stories, where we are going to be intentionally setting aside time to gather as women to share in worship, breakfast, and hearing stories from the women within our community!

LEAD PASTOR – DEREK BAREMAN

Derek was born and raised near Grand Rapids, Michigan. Growing up, Derek attended Daybreak Church – where he eventually became the director of Middle School Ministry. After graduating from Grand Valley State University, Derek moved to Las Vegas, where he served as youth pastor – and then campus pastor – at Central Christian Church. Most recently, Derek and his family served at Kensington Church in Detroit. After hearing about the mission and vision of Church of the City, Derek and his family felt a call to the Spring Hill community, and he joined our staff in July 2016. He is looking forward to creating a sense of family and community while bringing the kingdom of God to Spring Hill and beyond. Derek and his high school sweetheart, Courtney, have been married for 12 years. They have 3 kids: Ava Grace, Bellamy and Hudson. There is no shortage of personality or laughter in their family.
